Jacot provided all the technical equipment during the Town Hall meeting organized by Janssen in the Holliday Inn hotel Leiden.

The client prefers to work with unique themes and during the last meeting with “change” as theme, Jacot has prepared the setting in the corner of the room where the participants entered the room through a FogScreen.

During the last Town Hall meeting Jacot imitated the setting of a popular Dutch television program named “De Wereld Draait Door”. Jacot secured four screens on a hanging truss and another screen was processed in the table to guarantee good visibility from all positions in the room. We also were responsible for the illumination of entire conference, the customization of the stage and the installation of the sound system.

Jacot organized the total camera control on this special “De Wereld Draait Door” setup by using three flexible manned cameras. As a result people from Bern, Switzerland were able to participate interactive in the session.
