On the 22^nd of September 2015 Jacot hosted the audio-visual equipment during a meeting in The Hague arranged by the European Investment Bank.

During the meeting SCIC interpreters facilitated the interpretation of 3 different languages by using the interpretation technique provided by Jacot. To underline the interactive character of this meeting we designed a hollow square set-up in white including 55 discussion table microphones. In the other meeting rooms the delegates made use of another 16 discussion table microphones.

Jacot installed sound systems including recording equipment in the plenary room and break-out rooms. On behalf of the confidential character of this meeting a non-public WIFI network was setup, enabling the delegates to share information internally. We also installed printers in the workstations outside the meeting rooms.
