Gemeente Leidschendam Voorburg

The council office of Leidschendam-Voorburg at the Koningin Wilhelminalaan 2 and the Raadhuisplein 1 are entirely renovated, where sustainabilisation of the existing building was one of the key issues (BREEAM-NL Good). From a European procurement with many applicants, Jacot Audiovisueel was chosen as the most qualitative and thereby advantageous audiovisual integrator.

The project was completed in two periods, first at the monumental building at the Koninging Wilhelminalaan and then at the Raadhuidplein. The building at the Raadhuisplein was installed within the short period of two weeks. In addition to the many meeting rooms, the audiovisual facilities consisted a camera recording system in the a wedding hall and a video wall at the entrance, which is installed with a custom made construction. During the installation of two buildings, thirty meeting rooms were equipped with audiovisual equipment such as large displays with control systems. Also a centralized digital signage system had been installed and the restaurant was fully equipped with a sound system and presentation facilities. A multi-year maintenance contract with Jacot Audiovisual, offers Leidschendam-Voorburg a sustainable audiovisual installation.
